WASHINGTON -- Left-hander John Lannan has been optioned to Double-A Harrisburg, the Nationals announced Monday. Right-handed reliever Joel Peralta was promoted from Triple-A Syracuse to take Lannan's roster spot and is able to pitch Monday if needed.
